BAR GUIDELINES

PRICING
Hosted bar package price includes a 5-hour open bar with service, ice, mixers, garnishes and white beverage napkins. This price is based upon a minimum guarantee of 50 guests. Should your final guest count fall below 50 adult guests, then the price per person will increase. Price excludes rentals. Price also excludes the 18% service charge and sales tax applied to your event.

TABLESIDE WINE SERVICE
Bar package price excludes tableside wine service. Should you wish to add, there will be a $5.00 per person charge applied.

SIGNATURE DRINKS
Design your own signature drink or ask our mixologist for suggestions. Price is dependent upon drink selection.

BARWARE
Our bar packages include clear acrylic disposables. Glassware may be added for an additional cost, starting at $3 per person.

BAR SERVICE
Bar packages require a bartender starting at $35 per hour. Hours are charged for event service time, plus an additional 1-1/2-hour for setup and 1-hour cleanup.

GRATUITIES
Gratuities are not included in our pricing. If you would like to extend a gratuity it can be added to
your invoice, or tip jars can be made available at the bar for guests to use at their discretion. If you do not want tip jars at the bar, a mandatory 15% bar gratuity (based on beverage sales only) will be added to your total, to be shared between the bartenders. No other staff shares in this gratuity.

POLICIES
Pacific Thyme Catering & Events has a “No Shot” and “No Martini” policy due to liquor liability.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated. All guests must have proof of age documentation on premises and will not be served if they do not supply documentation when requested by staff. We reserve the right to substitute equivalent brands in case the selected brand is unavailable

SPECIAL EVENT GUIDELINES

FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUM
Pacific Thyme has a $1,500 food and beverage minimum, excluding labor, rentals, service charge and sales tax.

PAYMENT | CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure your event, a signed contract and a 50% deposit of your estimated event total, is required. The remaining 50% balance is due (14) days prior to event date. Once you sign the catering contract, your catering deposit will be refundable, less a $500 non-refundable administrative fee, up to four weeks prior to the event, should you need to cancel for any reason. Once your final payment is received, the catering deposit and final payment will not be refundable should you need to cancel for any reason. We accept credit cards, cash or check.

ADMINISTRATIVE FEE | GRATUITIES
An 18% administrative fee will apply to the entire event invoice to cover insurance, overhead, administration time used while planning your event, and labor used to prepare/pack for your event, etc. This is not a gratuity and will not be distributed as such. Gratuities are not included in our pricing. If you would like to extend a gratuity it can be added to your invoice, or you may tip our staff directly. Gratuities are at are the customer’s discretion and optional.

SERVICE STAFF
Our team of professionals are available for any event and strongly recommended on orders/events of 30+ guests. An 18% service charge will be added to orders that include setup, equipment rental and staff. These are not gratuities and will not be distributed as such. We require a minimum 4-hour per staff member.

Changes are required 7 days prior to event time for full-service events.
